The sign says it includes neck and shoulders but they alpo do your arms, hands (I forgot how great this feels!) and calves. \r
I usually get deep tissue massages elsewhere and Owen did a great job of this on my neck and shoulders.\r
As a flight attendant I'm on my feet a ton and after leaving here my feet, and the rest of me, felt amazing.\r
