Hearing Aid check up 5/2/2023

Always a productive appointment. Hearing Aids were cleaned in a very reasonable amount of time. I did not feel rushed at all and the doctor was easy to talk with. more

repair broken stem 7/29/2022

As I the end of the stem came off, I called "Hearing Services of McKinney" in the afternoon to see if they could replace the complete stem. They called the next morning to come and p/u the new piece. Hurray for hearing! 6/20/2021

My experience with this clinic was exceptional. Cassondra was more than professional and took a lot of time and care to explain to me how things work. I was fairly nervous about getting involved in something that would cost me a lot of money and not work to my satisfaction. However she took a great deal of time and effort to help me understand the entire process. Highly recommend more
