Hearing Masters truly have the client's best interest at heart. I know that it won't be too many more years before I will require hearing devices. Very satisfied and pleased with service. 7/29/2013

I have been going to Hearing Masters for 6 years. From the fist visit with James Steele I have been very satisfied , He has been wonderful and very caring and capable to fix whatever problems I have had. There have not been many. His staff is most helpful and so very friendly. It is always a pleasant experience when I go there. more

Outstanding service and support at great prices 7/29/2013

I have had hearing problems for many years, and used a number of audiologists. Several years ago I discovered James and Hearing Masters. They are the best in all respects. Super service, support and product lines at great prices. I am recommending them to anybody with hearing problems. James is the super audiologist that will always find the way to get super hearing results. more

My experience has always been great. 3/29/2013

We have been using Hearing Masters for 34 years. We have had trouble with some hearing aids, but it has not been their fault and the aids had to go back to the manufacturers. Overall, they have been nice to work with and they are always happy to help us with what they can. more

Helpful and Friendly 2/22/2013

Hearing Masters has been extremely helpful. They're definitely friendly and explain everything, so I'm never in the dark. I just wish it was easier to make payments. I basically have to make the payments in person and that is difficult. more

Hearing Masters has done everything I've asked them to do. There are other places to buy hearing aids but Hearing Masters is by far the best place I've been to. James Steele is the person who has made all the difference for me. more

Service above average! 1/11/2013

I first came to James about four years ago since then I have had issues from my dog chewing on my hearing aids to taking a shower with them in by accident. This is my second set and based on the service and attidude that Mr. Steele brings, I will never go anywhere else. more

In the course of 8 years I have purchased two sets of hearing aids. Hearing Masters by far has been able to give me the best price. I thoroughly did my research before ever speaking with James. His prices are much better than the competition. It doesnt stop there. James has been accommodating in helping me get the best use out of my hearing aids. He adjusts them without hesitation and has helped me maintain their effectiveness through cleaning and warranty work. I used a different hearing aid provider before Hearing Masters and I never received the quality of service and care that I consistently get with Hearing Masters. Thanks Hearing Masters for being there when I need you most. more

Hearing Masters were very helpful. James Steele and his wife were both very nice. They always listened to my questions and my problems. Each time I went back, James took care of everything. Great Service and Friendly Staff 11/26/2012

My Mother is 76 years old and had been wanting to purchase hearing aids for several months. I did a lot of research on hearing aids and read reviews about the different brands and companies. James and his staff have been awesome to work with and he is always available to help you. James not only took time to explain the hearing aids and how they work. james also called to follow up with her after about a week to make sure she was satisfied. I would recommend James and his staff to anyone and I would urge you to read reviews on the company you are going to purchase your hearing aids from before buying. First class service and they take their time to explain everything to you and make sure you are happy! more

I've been with James for a long, long time for good reason. I always get treated like I'm significant. He takes his time with my concerns and has consistently answered them. What else would anyone want. He really does apply the Golden Rule. more

Every time I've had a problem with my hearing aid they fix it right off the bat. They either pick it up or I can mail it to them. I mailed it back to them when I was in Colorado and they had it ready when I got back. I like the people there. more

Hearing Masters does really good hearing aids. Their prices are very competitive, much better than what you would be getting from other places, and the service he gives you if something goes wrong is also very good. more

He was able to meet and exceed all my expectations for buying a hearing aid. 1/20/2011

James came recommended to me from another hearing specialist in the retail business who felt that I would get a better deal in a neighborhood where I live and work. I had been diagnosed by an EMT and after seeing an audiologists I was referred to Hearing Masters and James. I went in to see him, and he tested me quite thoroughly. He gave me recommendations about different kinds of hearing instruments at different price levels. I tried out different hearing instruments and selected one that felt comfortable and had the features I was looking for. Hearing Masters gives you 30 days to try everything out, and if it doesn't work James will put you into something else. I ended up staying with the one I originally selected, and I have been wearing it now for 2 or 3 years. Whenever I have issues with it not working right or needing an adjustment to make it fit better, James has always been very responsive. He has taken excellent care of me. I would recommend him very highly to anyone. David Beer more

I have been using Hearing Masters for about 6 years. He was recommended to me by a friend. She gave me her mother's hearing aids, and he fixed them to fit me. That is how it all got started. I feel comfortable with him. more

Hearing Masters has taken care of me for over 20 years. This is my fifth hearing aid from them, and my experience has been excellent from the first time I went in there. You get personalized service and they take care of your hearing aids after they sell them to you. If you have a problem, 90% of the time they can fix it. I have no worries. Bob Berman more

I have had several sets of hearing aids, and my most recent sets have been through Hearing Masters. I have had my newest ones for about a month, and they are working fine. I am happy with them. I have had 2 or 3 sets of hearing aids through Hearing Masters over the last 20 years. I have talked to James about the possibility of coming down here to East Texas and giving hearing tests. I live in a development that is mostly people in their 70s and 80s, and a lot of them have hearing problems. It would be good to come down here, but I haven't had time to organize everyone in order to get appointments. I have a referred a lot of people to him, and to my knowledge they have all been happy with him. I don't have any complaints. Jim Huffhines more
