I love Dr. Holden! I have had chronic back pain since I was 12 years old... I've been to countless chiropractors, some good, some really bad. Hands down, he is the best one! He knows the human body unlike anything I've ever seen, giving you a clear plan to rehabilitate your issues. more

I love going to Health First Wellness Center. I have been recommending the office to everybody I know. The first time I ever went in, I just wanted a massage. It felt fantastic. I had very little back pain when I walked in, but there was no pain at all when I left. My receptionist was helpful and very friendly. The doctor was incredibly professional. I do not have anything negative to say about the place. I was so impressed with their work. more
