I first called and asked the receptionist if she would take my insurance, after my insurance company told be it would be fine, i always double check and she said it was fine and gave me a quote for the first visit. I loved the people that worked there and they were al very nice, though i think one worker was misinformed as she told me never to bother with mouthwash as it was smelly water as she put it.
I set another appointment for some further work, and asked for the amount i would owe, i asked them if she would please call and double check, and she said they approved it and they work with my company all the time.
about a week later i get a call asking for payment, i asked how much was needed and she said was only $50, i said ok i will be in on friday with a check.
then on thursday i was told it was over $300 for the work i had done, this was well over 2x the amount she stated, when confronted she gave me the run around and blamed my insurance, after over two hours of arguing and getting no where, i said if i had known it was going to be this big of an issue i would have gone to another dentist and be given the proper quote.
i asked to talk to the dentist and she said he was unavailable for phone calls and thats why he has a receptionist.
after over 6months this issue has not been solved, and the work he has done, had to be corrected by another dentist.
