Have you ever been to Dick's Last Resort in Chicago. It's kinda like that but not on purpose. The lady running the tanning joint is rude to you and makes you feel inferior. She acts like her husband just left her an hour before coming to work and she's ready to take it out on the world. The equipment is ok, a little outdated. I'll be driving the extra couple miles to Royal Oak now. more

worst experience ever. Rude lady working the desk, apparently she is the owner. No customer service skills period. I will drive further just to avoid this place. I will be happy when they shut the place down. Lady eems bothered to even explain packages. Owner is rude to her staff also. Trust me.. take your business elsewhere. more

I read the reviews when I was searching for a new tanning salon cause I dont like my salon anymore. Im glad that I gave them a try. Ive been there 3xs & Ive had nothing but good service. more

Worst experience at a tanning salon. I originally bought a package because i lived so close. Every time i went in there the lady who works the front desk was rude and condescending and resembled anything but customer service. She looked irritated to explain anything. Last visit i couldn't take it anymore and told her what I thought of the establishment. I liked the beds but she is the only reason i wont go back. NOT A FRIENDLY STAFF. You can really judge a business on how they treat their employees. 3 out of 5 times she was rude to them (the other two times no other staff was there). I don't expect them to talk about their day but a little courtesy will go a long way. I will drive farther just so I can avoid this place. I recommend to everyone they do the same. more

this place is awesome! nice people and the beds are great. i go to this tanning salon and so should you. you get really nice tans there. more
