Haput Well Drilling was supposed to start digging a well for us in Stratford because it was a condition we had to do to sell our home. They were supposed to start on Monday, June 11, and when the realtor called them Tuesday to see what progress was made, she was told they "didn't make it". They did not call anyone to inform us that they couldn't make it. Because the closing on our property was scheduled for Friday, June 15th, the realtor had to frantically make calls on our behalf to find someone else that could do the job. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
