Sorry I wasted mine. I dropped off a tv that was only 6 months old. Still under warranty. I couldn't watch it for more than 30 min with out a problem but 5 days after they had it I called and they said they couldn't reproduce the complaint. I said are you leaving it on 24/7 and after a short discussion with someone else in the shop the guy comes back with ... ""yes ... yes we are"". Got a call 3 days later that said we found the problem and are ordering the part. Called the next week and a woman says ""we need to order a part"" ... I told her I got that story the week before. She says something to the effect that she only works here and she is just telling me what the paper work says... whatever... so today is a new week... still no word. 20 days ago I dropped it off and I am still waiting for word. So ... don't waste your time.
