I was told to come harrison auto electric because they were SUPPOSE to be a quality shop. Total opposite! I originally brought my car in to see why my right headlamp was going out...

DO NOT TRUST!!! RIPPED ME OFF!!!! 2/10/2009

I was told to come harrison auto electric because they were SUPPOSE to be a quality shop. Total opposite! I originally brought my car in to see why my right headlamp was going out. I was told it was the switch and that I needed a new headlight system. Had them (Mr. Bill) replace the switch and I could install the Headlight system myself, easy. I pay for the switch, and the 3 HOURS OF LABOR. I went home. (1 week later)I Installed my new headlight system and guess what? STILL THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM! So what am I to think? Was everything that was done already even necessary? I bring the car back and 1 day later he tells me he fixed everything and that I owe him for 4 more hours of labor? So he wants me to pay for something that should of been fixed already or at least caught in the diagnostic. I initially payed the guy over 150 dollars just to see what was wrong. So I was to pay for his ignorance as well? Thats just wrong! Everything that came out his Bill's mouth seem like so much B.S.! more
