Choices for Massage Services at Hands of Light Massage
Swedish Massage: Relax and unwind! This type of massage uses long flowing strokes to smooth muscles; induces relaxation and reduces stress and tension.
Therapeutic Massage/Deep Tissue: Going to the deeper layers of muscles to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles.
Soothing Hot Stone Therapy** Enhanced Swedish massage using warm basalt stone. Used to relax and soothe the muscles relieving tightness and brings about a wonderful sense of well-being.
Japanese Hot Stone Facial Massage** Japanese Heaven facial disk stones are warmed and used to relax tension and increase circulation to the face, bringing drainage to lymph passages and reducing fine lines. (Session is 30 minutes)
Holistic Massage: Swedish relaxation massage combined with cranial sacral and Polarity work.
Reflexology: Treatment starts with a soothing aroma foot bath, followed by working on the pressure points on the foot and concludes with a relaxing foot massage.
