They did a terrible job on our windows. they look like garbage and I am sure the windows will fail because they were not installed properly. Don't listen to the sales pitch , don't use this company you will regret it . It is a very costly mistake for our family . We wished we would have been warned !!!!!!!! more

My comments are as follows; Harley Exteriors installed the above mentioned in the title section. They were very professional and courteous and exceptionally precise in their installation. They absolutely cleaned up every bit of debris and when they left: they came at 10AM and left at 6PM; the windows looked as if they had always been there. We are very pleased with the efficiency of the product in maintaining constant temperature in our home and the UV ray repelling glass that enables us to leave the curtains drawn without harm to our overstuffed furniture located near the windows.We are pleased with the original presentation, the follow-up visit for measuring and the final installation and would be glad to recommend this company to anyone interested in a first class job. We feel the addition of these windows and Slider add good value to our home. more

I am old and very hard to work with. I talked with several different companies about doing my windows before I narrowed it down to my final top three pick. To say the least I am glad that i went with harley. one of my top three choices are not out of business. Harley came out and they weren't just trying to sell me windows. I installed my windows in 2009 and i can say with pride that i have saved a ton of money on my heating and cooling bill. I am very satisfied with they work and I just wish that I did my windows earlier instead of waiting to see if it was in my budget. I would of saved a lot more money doing it earlier than I do now. I recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for windows. more

My first contact with Harley Exteriors was when David Stopped by our house two months ago and gave me the "start your summer with Windows Savings" card. Our home was new in 1984 when we moved in and we have 8 windows and a sliding patio door. For several years many of our windows started needing to be replaced, however there were other priorities. After reading the card, we decided to get an estimate on replacing our windows- although we were thinking possibly having them replaced next year, as wife is taking a trip home to Korea in August and that will be a big expense for us. We made the call and set up an appt with a sales consultant who came out to our house on June 9. After measuring all our windows he described the difference in window types and showed us how good the Olympic Euro Vinyl Windows are. He then worked out the estimate for all the windows which was too much for us at this time, so we had him re-work the estimate for the six windows that really needed to be replaced- ones with cracks or clouded up inside the double panes. The patio sliding door, the kitchen window, and the small window window beside the front door were still in good condition for now. The estimate for the 6 (3 bdrm windows, the living room window, and the 2 family room windows) was still higher than we were comfortable with, he explained a program that would lower the expense a little. With the new estimate, he worked up the finance details with Salal credit union and a monthly payment that was reasonable. (I even took a copy of the loan details to my own credit union- who informed me that i had a better rate with the salal credit union- so I am satisfied). Our new windows were installed saturday, 16 july by two men, tony and viktor, who did an excellent job. they arrived at 10am and had the job done by 3pm. They were very polite and professional. Our sales consultant, Mr shiver, was very professional and very patient in satisfying all my wife's concerns. thanks for an awesome experience!!! pleasant and professional. more

That means more money in my pockets. I had gotten several different quotes from several different companies! Some twice by the same companies. And i almost decided to buy the windows from home depot and do it myself! within the same week i went to the fair and saw a rep from Harley. I left my info and was later contacted to see when i was available for a quote! oh and it was free and it was to last for a year! The salesman was very polite, knowledgeable, and was not trying to sell me something that i didnt want or need. i remember also sharing my story of the several quotes i had received prior to this one and surprisingly he had nothing but good things to say about their competion. i knew that moment who i was going to go with!! but it didnt stop there, they came out did what they said they will and the windows have actually been keeping the cool air in when its hot out and im noticing at night it keeps it room temp and the noise out! im in heaven and in love. thank you harley for saving me some dough before the winter hits!!! more

I recently replaced 7 windows. Harley Exteriors did a great job dealing with all my non-true 60 year old windows, including a beautiful garden window. The new windows are excellent quality, exceeding my previous vinyl windows. They did a great job installing, leaving things beautiful and clean, arrived on schedule and were pleasant to deal with. I recommend them heartily. more

The initial visit by Patrick was very professional. He answered all our questions without purchase pressure and gave us the time and opportunity to decide. We made several changes and everyone worked with us. The installation was a long day with so many windows, but the installers stayed on task and completed the project well. We are very happy with the look of these Euro Vinyl windows. We look forward to a warmer and more comfortable home this next winter season. more

They came, they installed, they left and everything looks great! From the initial visit by Patrick to the small repair on one of the latches, the service has been wonderful. We are very happy with the windows. Our house is definitely warmer and more comfortable. The whole experience from setting up the installation appointment to the follow up call to make sure everything was satisfactory has been pleasantly easy. more

Harley was our third quote for premium windows - they were the most reasonable (in terms of price) and the least obnoxious (in terms of the sale). We have a 1920's house and some old framework, so they had to add some additional trim for aesthetics. I would have liked to know that in advance, just so I would have been able to sand all the existing trim (they don't paint). Overall, though, I was pleased with the install (clean, quick, courteous) and am very pleased with the look of our new double-hung windows! more

Very little pressure, compreable quote, great service. We were gone for a period of time and when we returned we call and they quickly came out and measured and then three weeks later installed the windows. The instulation was well done from the removal of the old windows to the instulation of the new. Installers were friendly and did a good job. Thank You!!!!! more

Good: The customer service was excellent. From my first encounter with them, they were not pushy, they were on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were polite. They advised me that I did NOT have to do all my windows and said I could do as many as I wanted. After the job was done I got a call back and was told that the door they installed needed an additional part. I would never would have known this, but one of the workers came back on his own to correct it. Now I call that customer service.. Bad: There wasn't anything I DID NOT Like. They were all great!!!. Improvements: I can't think of anything I would improve.. Other: No, I'm not a relative. I just happened to open my door one night to a very nice young man who told me about Harley Exteriors. I had been thinking of getting new windows but was turned off by the pushy salespeople from Penguin Windows. I liked that Harley was locally owned and the windows were made locally. I support local businesses. It's good for the local economy. I had 9 windows and 1 door replaced. I plan on doing more in the future. I highly recommend Harley Exteriors.. more

Sent salesman who owner knew was prone to mistakes and owner would only split cost of making it right. Installation very poor. Use contract installers though they assured us they used their own. Took over 6 months to get install correct. Windows now 2 yrs old and are leaking and brittle plastic parts breaking off. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! more

We'd been thinking of getting new windows when Harley cold called so they were in luck, The salesman did a good job and wasn't pushy what so ever, A 3 man crew came and installed the 11 windows and 1 sliding door (all downstairs) about 2 weeks later, They were friendly, polite, and tidy. the job was completed in about 5 hours, which was a little quicker than they predicted, myself and the lead crewman looked over the job at the end, he found one small problem with a screen (that I would've never spotted) and said someone would come and replace/repair it within a week. I found another small problem a couple of days later and reported to Harley's main office. both problems were rectified about 5 days later to our complete satisfaction. I would happily recommended Harley Exteriors more

I needed new doors and when Harley Exteriors called on the phone it was perfect timing. The salesman didn’t pressure me and we worked through three possible designs settling on one. My front door complex was a complicated design requiring a lot of framing before the installation could begin. The guys started early in the morning and did not stop until the work was complete, between 10 and 12 hours later. I told the workmen I appreciated them finishing the job in one long day instead of two. They told me if someone came to their house they would want their door installed in one day as well. Because going to sleep in a house without a door would be unsettling. The salesman had briefed the workmen on what I wanted. The workmen paid attention to detail and gave me exactly what I requested. Good: We had our windows installed in May, 2010. Time will tell about the windows themselves, my review is really on the install. I found the service before and the day of install to be excellent. They did exactly what they said they would, WHEN they said they would. The crew was on time, courteous, clean and finished the job just as I was told. No problems and no surprises.. Bad: Would have been nice if they were less expensive, but the tax break will help offset some of the cost.. Other: The three men who did our installed were great. I have a young child at home and am always a little apprehensive about having service people in. These guys worked hard, didn't mess around and were out of the house fast. LOVE a good service person! And I tip well when I get them!. more

Didn't feel pressure to buy, salesman was pleasant and courteous. The prices was in line with other companies where we got quotes. They came out and completed the windows in one day as promised. DID NOT use outside contractors for installation. They were no glitches or misfits. The mess was cleaned up before they left. Installers were friendly and informative when we had questions. We LOVE our new windows and would recommend them to anyone! more

They lie, Make promises and don't keep them. You pay out lots of money for them to do it the easiest and the quickest and not by code. If you do they leave you to finish the job. The way they do it will never pass to get a permit so they tell customers they don't need a permit when you do!!! If you have problems and speak to someone that says they have authority and or are the head person nothing gets taken care of and nothing gets done and it leaves you still not happy. If you frame it in yourself trust me you will be stuck finishing all their work, sheet rocking, taping, textering and trim. Even if the salesperson tells you it is all included in the big price you pay for nothing it doesn't matter and they just flat out don't do it. They tell you your items will be in quicker then they actually get installed. We called several times and more then have the time didn't get a call back. They have an excuse on or about everything they do wrong and or why they aren't going to do what you were promised. Take this as good advice so you don't get stuck with a huge bill for nothing and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Come to find out we could have gotten it cheaper and better installed and better service elsewhere. They have several excuses on why something isn't in and or why something was ordered incorrectly or why someone has contacted you to schedule yet. We called many time to find out when are stuff would be installed and this went on for a few months!!! I could go on and on but would run out of space. more

Good: nice sales woman at the home show.. Bad: pushey salesman that showed up at the house.Promised that they were the only company that did all their own install work and in house window construction.He also sold us so called top of the line vinyl windows with a life time guarantee......good luck with getting someone to call you back or show up in a timely manner.My windows showed up with custom installed dents and dings and the all Russian crew that did the work installed a bathroom window in my living room....they did not have the right one.. Improvements: I'd like to see them give me a discount on the whole job.....the install sucked,crappy calking job that still has not been fixed,windows sweat just as much as the old single panes they took out,and my heating bill has not changed a bit.....worst mistake I ever made was spinning that damn wheel at the Seattle home show.. Other: heres the kicker My payments were not supposed to start until 1 year after the installation was complete....my windows were put in last Dec.2008, we still have things here that have not been fixed.The work order sheet I signed that day says install not complete, but my payments are due at the bank now?Yes it has been a year and yes I have windows plugging holes but as far as I'm concerned my installation is not complete.I would'nt let Harley Exteriors install a window in my dogs house.. more

When looking for Windows, stay away from Harley! They are crooks that do horrible work. They promote how they do all their own installs..NOT they have sub contractors that don't know what they are doing! more
