This was my first time using this cleaners and they lost a belt to a ""new"" coat. It was the first time it was cleaned. My daughter was home for Christmas, so I decided to have it cleaned for the holidays. After many calls and trips to cleaners, owner came up with a belt. Was not the correct one. Asked to be reimbursed, because the belt made the coat. Refused. Found identical coat, made a slide show of coat and belt. Owner after a month and half of dodging me (said she was out of town), told me ""no"" and offered me another belt (that didn't match) and a $10 credit. I don't want a credit (because I will never use the cleaners again), I want ""the belt"" or money to help purchase another coat for my daughter. Asked for only $60 (coat cost $90). \r
Owner is arrogant and unreasonable. I had proof that the belt was different. The ""intake"" clerk confirmed that the belt was with the coat when it was dropped off!\r
I am considering taking her to court.
Cons: Terrible service.
