Sitter visited home, asked questions. Next day I received an email from owner saying sitter said couldn't stand the smell in my house and they wouldn't provide service. The sitter never indicated that there was a problem. I asked them to return my keys twice by email. Both emails were ignored. A week later, and there still has been no response about returning the keys. I had to change the locks because I'd shown someone I didn't know all thru my house and they knew exactly when I wouldn't be there--and have not responded to me. Next sitter service said they couldn't smell anything--I asked them to check before I turned over more keys. I had used Happy Paws before and was flabbergasted that they would drop me without any verification from the owner that there was a problem. That was the whole reason they gave for having 2 sets of keys. I believe this is very unprofessional behavior.
