This restaurant has very delicious foods and dim sum.dim sum sever all the days long and its alway fresh and steam. The service is fast and courteous.I eat there so many times and the quality of the foods stay the same. It is not like other restaurants where you go there once and the foods are good, but then after that the foods suck.I went there at 9pm and they serve me fresh steam dim sum.Their dim sum is alway fresh and good.There's speciality over the weekend. I will start with the positives. We were seated very quickly. Now for the negatives. We were seated next to the front door which exposed us to the chilly draft every time the door opened. No big deal. I heard this place was good, but it really wasn't anything special. I expected more from a Chinese restaurant located on Clement St. My friend got his meal about 5-10 minutes before the other two of us and before the steamed rice was brought out. The appetizer came next. Some of the vegetarian dishes on the menu had seafood in them. I ordered my veggie dish without brown sauce, but it came with brown sauce. We asked for water, but didn't get any. Prices were above average for a below average meal. At least I got a good fortune at the end of it all. Happy Garden has the best chinese cuisine on Clement, next to Tsing Tao near 32nd Avenue. Great service too! A must for any visitor to the neighborhood.
