Second no show for Hansons to complete our gutter installation. 1st: Friday 27th "scheduled" crew to finish job. Thursday Hansons called to remind us of appointment. No one came and no one called on Friday. Monday Hansons called to see how job went and to get their last payment. Surprised no one came. Call back with apology, they had missed informing work team of job. Scheduled job completion for Saturday Dec. 5th. Stated "WE WOULD BE FIRST ON SCHEDULE", sorry, sorry sorry. Friday the 4th they call that our appointment will be in 9-noon time frame. NO ONE COMES by noon Saturday. I call Hansons. "WE ARE SCHEDULED FOR 1-5pm AND ARE 4TH (FORTH not first, not Saturday morning...) ON LIST"!!!!!! I express my displeasure with Hansons. sorry, sorry, sorry, 5PM NO CREW SHOWS again and no one called to say they were not coming. I am NOT calling them, will wait for their Monday or Tuesday call "to see how it went and to get their money". Again I really feel the product is excellent and is exactly what we wanted. The office service (can't provide what they promise) and work scheduling is questionable at this point. Specially for correcting THEIR first screw up.
