Waldenbooks in Virginia Center Commons Mall is where I always shop for books. I've been going there for years because the customer service is so much better than that at the larger stores. The staff really knows their books, plus, they are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. There really aren't any cons- the store may be small, but you'd be surprised at how well-stocked they are, and they always have all the new releases I'm looking for. Plus, if they don't have something I want, they'll order it and ship it to my house for free. Waldenbooks is part of Borders, so I use my Borders Rewards card there, earn points, and use my Borders coupons. Waldenbooks in VCC is the best community bookstore around.
