I recently had some body shop work done to my car. While the work done was very good, the attitude of the cashier, Shannon, and ineptitude of the assistant manager, Steve, left me wondering where the service they claim to have is rendered. Being threatened by an unknown employee that I would be "kicked out" if I swore (the use of the word 'hell' is hardly swearing by today's standards)is not acceptable business practice, at least not if return service is desired! The manager of the dealership took my complaint, but did not update me on the situation. Andy Hall is obviously too busy counting his money to respond to customer concerns. I have sent 2 friends there to buy cars, as well as my mother. NEVER again will I do this! \r
If you want true customer service (not the "customer no service" that Clark Howard speaks of), do not go here!
