Halina always calls me at least two days before my appointment to remind me ...as if I need reminding about my massage!!! Regardless, I am most appreciative.

poor phone experience 3/12/2011

Recommended by a friend. Called to schedule an appointment. Tried to schedule me with a single person and was having challenge. Asked to schedule me with anyone, am just looking for a massage, not an overall experience. Finally after 8 - 10 min, get the appointment. About to get off the line, then requests a CC number to hold the appt. If you had told me up front, sure no problem, after taking so long to get an appointment set up, I was done. Going elsewhere. more

Informative Massage 10/4/2010

I have never had a masseuse go through my form with me and explain what parts she would be massaging to relieve my stress and pain. It made so much sense and it made me feel so much more comfortable knowing why areas were being massaged and how it would alleviate pain. Overall I had a great experience. I think the only thing I did not like was that half way through my massage someone used the shower next door and it was very loud. I wish the walls were a little thicker, but I very much enjoyed my massage and will be back again. more

The staff at Halina's are helpful and knowledgeable in services and products! The environment is very clean and relaxing and the appointments are always on time! I will never go to another spa to get a facial because they take such good care of me here! more

Halina is the place to go! 5/23/2010

I've gone to the smaller "nail shops" and nothing beats the service and quality of a mani or pedi at Halina. The spa atmosphere is so relaxing and cell phone free. The luxury mani or pedi is the way to go and it's well worth the money. Book online once you become a client and earn points! more

Good: The massage by Tonya is always excellent. Bad: The waiting room atmosphere. Improvements: A more relaxing waiting area.. Other: Tonya gives the best massages in Austin, Tx. Halina's is a great place to go. Friendly service.. more
