After being a loyal customer for 20 years I trusted Haldeman Nissan to treat me as a valued customer when buying a new car. It was the worst experience I had in purchasing a new car. The salesperson lied to me and then denied what he said. I would think twice about buying a car from Haldeman. If they can treat a long time customer poorly I would hate to see how they would treat a new one. I was very disappointed and George the General Manager only cares about the business, not the customers. I still do deal with the Service Dept. as I have always had a postiive experience with them. Again, I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. My advice is to take your business elsewhere. more

Extended far beyond my expectations 8/5/2011

I would like to formally and publicly commend Charlotte Williamson for the excellent customer service she provided. In my opinion, the level of service that Charlotte extended to me was far beyond my expectations. My 2005 Maxima needed a transmission and I was truly worried that I would have problems with getting the transmission because I had a 3rd party warranty and not a Nissan extended warranty. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, Charlotte is an example of extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service. She made this whole experience for me very easy and pleasant. Charlotte is an asset to your service department and it is truly nice to know that there are people that do still value the relationship between the service they are providing and the customer. more

Honest and professional I was extremely satisfied with the service me and my wife received. We did not feel pressured at anytime. Gave me free oil changes 7/28/2011

Wanted to lease a new Nissan Murano, knew what I wanted as far as options and knew what I wanted to pay. Emailed dealership, Aida Wolchok set everything up over phone and email, went in and signed papers with David Borden. Spent a total of 40 minutes at dealership from time I walked in. Everything they promised was delivered, they were professional, they were trustworthy and they were friendly. Plus they gave me free oil changes for the life of my lease. What more could I ask for? more

Pleasure to bring my car in for service 7/27/2011

I have only owned Fords and Nissan,all purchased from Haldeman Ford and Haldeman Nissan.I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service. In all my past experiences I have never felt do confident that everything that is done really needs to be done. Charlotte explains everything in detail and in language that I can understand. She tells me what is the most important service to do and why. I am on my own and often car repairs can be overwhelming, but Ialways feel she goes beyond customer satisfaction, and thatis what will keep your customers returning for service.Charlotte is the sweetest person. She takes the time to answer allquestions and explain everything that is being done. It is an actual pleasure to bring my car in for service and that says a lot about her. I hope she never leaves. more

I'd buy my next Nissan from you 7/25/2011

I wanted to publicly acknowledge the exceptional service I received at your facility last Thursday. My car and a sign at Six Flags did not interact well during my vacation there with my sons. On the drive back to our hotel in Princeton, I noted a problem with the car and in trying to limp it back to Princeton, I drove by your dealership. Charlotte was so very helpful and she managed to get Clifton to take a look at the car before you closed, she arranged to get us back to our hotel. Your team was able to fix the problem by 1 pm the next day and our vacation was saved! I have never encountered such exceptional service in all my years of driving. If I did not live in VA, I'd buy my next Nissan from you. I cannot thank you enough for saving our vacation! more

From the minute we walked into Haldeman Nissan, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We had been shopping around for a reliable, decently priced used car. Kioh was the salesman who assisted us. He was patient and honest. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. He was never too pushy or overbearing. Unfortunately, our first trip to Haldeman Nissan we left without a car. Continuing our search, we realized we REALLY wanted to bring our business to this dealer. We continued to search online at the cars in their lot. So, today, we went back to Haldeman Nissan. With Kioh & Bill, we were able to purchase our car! Kioh helped us realize what car would be best for our financial situation. He personally walked us around the lot to show us their great inventory. I feel like this dealership truly listened to what we had to say - what we wanted, what we can afford. I thank them for their continued patience and assistance. I would recommend this dealership to anyone... with no hesitation!! more

Quick and Painless Sales Experience I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima from Haldeman Nissan on 11/4/11. I was greeted when I walked into the dealership. I worked with Ed and he was very pleasant and non aggressive when it came to sell me a car. I did my research online, so I already knew what I wanted, and had an Internet Quote from haldeman. Haldeman had a great slection, so picking out my Altima was not hard. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours start to finish. I would have been quicker, if I wasn't pondering what color options I wanted :). Luckily I knew what options I needed. Overall, it was very nice and pleasant. I wish I had come to Haldeman Nissan sooner than what I did. Thank you Ed for all your help! And I love my new Altima! more

George went above and beyond 7/5/2011

Just wanted you to know that George Zink went above and beyond selling me my Versa. My old car broke down on my way to see my brother. I had rented a car to continue my trip. We went to look at cars and George took his time to show us the new and used cars. He then went in the back and got the car that I now own. George Zink could have just let us look around after all I had a rental. What George doesn't know is that it took three cars to drive me home. I had to take the rental back to Somerset, my brother drove my Versa and my sister-in-law had to take my brother back home. I couldn't wait to get to Somerset so I could drive my new car back to Pittsburgh. more

David Borden and the staff is friendly 7/1/2011

I highly recommend this dealership and DAVID BORDEN! When I purchase my car I also received free oil changes, which is a huge cost savings. The service department is very good and fast and never leaves your car dirty. Also easy to make an appointment and they take your car at your appointment time. more

A nice caring sales person 6/13/2011

Hi, I wanted to write and share my experience I had yesterday. I recently discovered my car registration on my leased 2009 Altima, was due to expire at the end of October and I had not received renewal paperwork from the Main Headquarters of Nissan. I called the 800# last week and was told they had not received the paperwork from NJ Motor Vehicle and they suggested I call back in 4-5 days. I felt that wouldn't be enough time to get the renewal. So I decided to stop by dealership to see if they could expedite the process. My salesman David immediately sprang into action, he made a phone and then left to go get the processed renewal card for me. What a nice caring sales person. If it weren't for him, I would still be waiting for the renewal. I can't say enough good about him. He is truly a superior sales person and individual. Also during the short wait, I had the pleasure of talking with another sales person, Aida, she was very friendly and supportive. What a great team of experts at this dealership. Keep up the good Customer Service relations. more

Easy and hassle free 6/7/2011

I was shopping for a vehicle online, and sent in a request to Haldeman Nissan. I received a quote less than 15 minutes. Jenn went far and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I scheduled an appointment with her the next day. I was able to finalize the deal and the paperwork within 45 minutes, and drove away in my new 2011 Nissan Altima. It was such an easy and hassle free car buying experience I have told all my friends and family about Haldeman Nissan. Please if you need a new Nissan, call Jenn and she will help you. more

Hubert was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory of cars as well as the industry comparisons. Could not have been happier with both Hubert and Haldeman Nissan as we already have 3 Nissans, 2 from Haldeman. They continue to help us in any way possible. The staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoy having my car serviced there because it is a pleasant experience. Charlotte and Ken are wonderful. I have been dealing with Hubert for several years and just leased my second car from him. He always follows through with a phone call to make sure everything is ok and he is very easy to work with. I am writing to thank Charlotte and the Service Department staff at Haldeman Nissan for providing such great service over the last 5 years. I recently traded in my 2005 Altima for a 2011 Ford Fusion at Haldeman's Ford dealership down the street from you. While it was time to make this change, the fact that my car lasted for 5 and a half years and almost 110,000 miles is a testament to how well you folks took care of it. For various reasons, buying another Altima didn't work at this time. However, I had a great experience working with your sister dealership. And I plan to continue to reward the Haldeman chain of dealerships with my business. Thank you again for taking such good care of my Altima. more
