Great intimate atmosphere and excellent service! Ate for Miami Spice August 2012 menu and was not disappointed. Must be expecting a large bill because you're at the Fountainebleau. Validated parking is still $12. \r My dinner party is still raving about the sea bass entree featured on Miami Spice menu; it was buttery tender and perfectly, lightly battered = amazing. Both desserts were to die for. Well poured beverages from the bar. more

Delicious food in a hip andluxurious setting, Hakkasan didn't disappoint. While it is pricey, you have to expect it, after all you're in the beautiful Fontainebleau. Our overall bill was $275 which isn't bad considering we had 2 appetizers, 4\r entrees, a bottle of wine and 18% gratuity was already included. When we made the reservation we mentioned it was my birthday and an the end of our meal they gave us a delicious dessert with Happy Brithday written on the plate for free. Overall a \r great experience and we will go back. more

Superb place, excellent service, high price, and bad food.\r \r Hakkasan is gorgeous, but the food is greatly disappointed! \r \r I heard of that an article about Hakkasan was published in a local Chinese newspaper, and this article recommended Peking duck. According to the United Chinese News of Florida, Peking duck is one of hot sellers in Hakkasan with over 1,000 orders in one month. How could I miss this good opportunity to taste the Chinese famous cuisine. We ordered Peking duck($198), duck salad($25), lamb($48), and Singapore vermicelli($18). The food are egregiously overpriced! However, the food disappointed us. Singapore vermicelli was burnt. Lamb was raw. Duck salad did not come with enough sauce. Peking duck was the worst! It was totally different from the authentic Peking duck in Beijing. They were not worth paying such high prices. I can get the better Peking Duck elsewhere for much less. And our waitress told us they sold seven to eight orders of Peking duck each day. OMG! The article was so exaggerated!! Over 1,000 order a month? A fisherman's tale! more

In due time, the dim sum platter ($26) appeared in a basket of glorious little pillows with silken skin and juicy interiors packing bold and exotic flavours. Each tiny piece of sesame prawn, scallop and wild mushroom was readable to the taste buds rather than folded into an indiscriminate whole. more

I've made the reservation for 10.15 pm, the table was ready only at 11..45 pm. My wife is pregnant, we had to wait without seating, total disrispect with clients. The table was almost INTO the kitchen, and the food TERRIBLE, GREASY, very bad...Will not go back to this place. more

Went for Dim Sum. Enjoyed the dark-wood screens and decor that create pockets of privacy for diners. The wait staff was typical for the Beach, stylish yet mostly absent. Absolutely adored the dim sum, which is the best I've had outside of the San Fransisco Bay Area. The deserts were amazing as well, as were the drinks. I really enjoyed the meal, but the experience as a whole left me a bit wanting. Like it, don't love it. more

Still jonesing for the xiao long bao (dumplings with soup inside). While the food is not as exciting as Tropical, the ambiance can't be beat. Teal cushions, waterfall gobos, heavy lacquer ornate wood dividers. My only complaint is that the staff have not been trained on the menu. more

The food and service were excellent although I felt the prices were a bit high. The menu is standard higher-end steakhouse, there weren't any real surprises or any twists which would make the restaurant a "don't miss" type of place. more

I went to Hakkasan while staying at The Fountainbleau with a couple of co-workers for a conference. When we walked into Hakkasan we felt very out of place, everwhere we looked were couples but we decided to stay and I'm glad that we did.\r \r The service was excellent although our server wasn't too keen on making recommendations. She also neglected to mention that the food was family style until two of us ordered the same thing. \r \r To sum it up the food was great, the atmosphere was good, the service was good and the prices were a bit on the high side but I suppose a good value. more

Had heard so much about the restaurant and we were all really excited to try it but I would not go back, the music was really load and we had to scream to have a normal your self a favor and stay away... more

Terrific ambiance, delicious choices. Servings relatively small and overly pricy compared to typical others, but presentation and taste was impeccable. Tour the restaurant at the bar is amazing, and even the restrooms have "wow" factor! more

I've had better steaks and service at Outback! The rib eye was flavorless and hard (even though it was medium) we were a group of 10 and our waiter was nowhere to be seen. My friend's side dish came after he was done with his entrée. When a restaurant automatically charges 18% gratuity, $55.00 dollars for a $10.00 bottle of wine and $315.00 for a $28.00 Bacardi 8 you would expect much more. Oh after we complained about the service and food the assistant to the assistant manager offered to remove the gratuity and gave us his card (he said he'll take care of us next time ha ha) along with a box of cookies… ha ha. I would never go back to this place again! more

...but just as expensive! No seriously, my meal was comp'd so I don't know. But it was a'ight. more

Editorial review from Urbanspoon 10/2/2009

The waiter continue to push more and more to order things. A good sign that restaurant is hurting. He kept pushing more appetizers, salads, sides and big steaks. Just a jackass of a waiter. The sides were not impressive that steak was ok. more
