Great stylist! 2/5/2008

I have been going to Frank for about a year now for highlights and haircuts and can honestly say that I've never had more compliments on my hair in my life. He always does such a great job and I've never been disappointed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great hair stylist! Pros: Awesome highlights and haircuts Cons: None at all more
