If you have long hair, stay away from Emily..... she said she would trim 1-1.5 inches off, instead, took off about 4 inches..... my husband said my hair even looked thinner after her ""long"" layers.... sorry, this was extremely disappointing and she even said ""don't come back for six months!"" more

Natalie at Hair Expressions is the most detailed stylist I have ever had. She has great attention to detail and won't hesitate to fix your cut or color if you are not pleased. I have never received a bad cut or color from her. The online scheduling process that they offer is wonderful. There is no back and forth trying to figure out a time and date that works...it is so easy. Natalie is also extremely friendly and easy to talk to, she truly wants you to look your best and be pleased with how you look. more

I have been to the salon on several occasions for the past year. It is always clean and friendly. I have been going to a new girl named Rachael. She has been coloring and cutting me and I have been sooo happy! I am totally grey and age 50, so wanted to be a brunette to stay 'young'. I will say I am hard to please, but she has excellent color skills, and I will definately be going back!!! The owner was there and very friendly, as were the other girls there!Happy! Happy! Happy! more

I went to the salon for the first time to get hair done for an event. Stylist who did my hair was okay, friendly. I do feel that $75 is overpriced. The salon itself was dirty, hair all over floors. It is also in need of remodel. I would not go back. more

Betty is the best. Every time I come in I change my style and it always looks amazing. I bought some hair coloring shampoo there and it works perfectly. This is the best salon. Pros: Nice staff, very friendly more

Great Hair Salon 9/1/2009

I have been going to this salon for years now and I have had great service. The price is high but well worth it because I always get what I ask for. I have never received bad service or rude service. The bad reviews prompted me to write mine because I dont feel like those are true customers. more

Awsome salon! My hair has never looked better. I have been to a few different stylist there over the years & can not complain. After many years of waxing, I had laser hair removal. Good by razor! Pros: full service Cons: none more

Nice salon, great staff! 11/19/2008

The salon is very nice - not luxurious or over the top, but a really comfortable, friendly atmosphere. My family has been going to Janice Reynolds for a few years now and we love her! She is fun and sweet - our appointments are always fun! She is great with color and she always does a beautiful job on our cuts. My husband has had to use other stylists to accomodate his schedule, and he has always been happy. more

HAIR EXPRESSIONS IN BRENTWOOD TN IS TERRIBLE!!!! 11/11/2008

I have never in my life had such a bad hair job! All I wanted was to get my roots re-done and $95 later I have grey hair! I went back the next day to get it fixed and the guy put 3 more toners on my hair because he couldn?t get it right. My scalp was burning, my hair was falling out and now my roots were darker then my original color! What makes it worse was when I went to talk to the owner she was COMPLETELY unprofessional and VERY VERY RUDE! She smirked and laughed when I told her what happened. She said and your hair was not done 4 times it was done 3! LIKE THAT?S ANY BETTER!! She was completely awful and told me my six months of root growth looked fine and ?That was a highlight?. I will never ever go there again and if you care Anything about your hair you won?t go either. Now I have dark brown roots, light blonde hair, a flakey scalp, and half of my hair gone. Cons: The owner is awful and she does not care if they mess your hair up! more
