I had been going to platinum for a couple years. First was seeing shena (not sure how to spell the name) after a few visits I had an appointment with her, then she calls me that day to cancel on me informing me a customer who gets more done and spend more then I do wants the appt time so she need to cancel mine. So I waited to go back and when I did I switched to Dana. The first two times she did my hair it was amazing, I loved it. After time she got lazy and wasnt listening to my needs. I felt brushed off and not listened to. I continued to go and everytime was an excuse on why my brown faded to red or the blondes not getting blode or next time were gonna try this... so I brought in a pic and said Dana can you cut it like this and make the color this color? She said yes she could, when she did it went blonde, color, skip and the skip was the nasty fadded mix of colors that had been created that I wanted to get out of my hair. I had never stuck up for myself to her before but this time I said I dont like it. She said we can fix it next time I wasnt happy but dealt with it. Then a week went by and I called and said I are you sure you cant fix it any sooner its really bothering me I dont wanna wait until next time. So she scheduled me an appt to get it fixed, the day of the appt she called and said she doesnt think her or anyone in her "salon" can please me and she doesnt wanna so my hair again. That she would give me a refund for last time.
