Hair by Harlow is a bright, airy, friendly place to get your hair cut or colored. All of their employees are very friendly and professional. My cut and low lights were exactly what I wanted, and the price was less than at some other Amherst-are salons. I would highly recommend Hair by Harlow! more

prom hair 7/16/2005

Hair by Harlow did my little sister’s hair for her prom and it turned out drop dead gorgeous. They followed the pictures that we gave them to every last detail and she was by far the prettiest girl at the prom. And, the hairdo stayed in all night long, through the dancing and everything! more
