Previous visits were made, service was fair, food was decent. For the first time me and my friends decided to get delivery, instead of dining at Hadwen Pizza. Sunday night, 5pm, hopefully it wasnt the manager on the phone, because it was the rudest person ever. They were busy (which does happen), but most places when they have multiple calls they politely ask you to hold, but this gentleman, stated, ""Hold on I have a beep"", waited at least 5 minutes, came back for our order. We were half way through our order and he then said, ""Im getting another call"". We then said, ""Well we've been waiting, but go ahead and answer the call"". Followed by him asking, ""I want to get your order done, how much more do you have?"" (in a very rude tone). We said, ""a lot"", followed by him just huffing and puffing, and clicking over to the other call. Let's just say we waited 30 seconds and decided to hang up. When it comes to running a business being rude is not part of it. It doesnt matter if its from having a crazy work day or dealing with something outside of work. It. Should. Not. Happen.
