If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My car was in this repair shop three times longer than it should have been, and every time I called to check on the status, I was given the run around. At first I was told my car would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday when I called, I was told that it would Wednesday or Thursday. When I spoke to someone on Wednesday, I was told that it would not be ready until Tuesday of the FOLLOWING WEEK. Apparently, the wrong part had been ordered TWICE, which caused the delay. The shop then tried to shift the blame onto my insurance company, saying that they insisted on ""after-market parts"" to reduce their costs, and that was why the wrong part was mistakenly ordered. I am speaking with the insurance company now to see about getting Haddock's to reimburse me for the extra week I have paid for a rental car due to their incompetence.
