Worse experience I have ever had! We made an appt online over a week prior to our appt. Received phone and email confirmation of our appt. We showed up 10 minutes beforehand, to an office with no one sitting at the front desk. While waiting, I took out our paperwork to get it organized, and heard over the wall ""I guess the rustling papers means they are trying to get our attention."" he comes over, admitting he is a part timer but has too much work to do and can't possibly help us, because he is double booked. Someone else comes over saying that she doesn't understand what our appt in the calendar means, and can't help us until after the tax season is over. Unapologetic and offered no alternative. Totally unprofessional, no customer relations skills. I have never been treated as badly as a customer. Don't trust these people with your money. They don't have a clue.
