I had to take office owner Judy McGraw to court and the judge ruled in my favor because owner Judy McGraw refused to honor the Peace of Mind Guarantee I paid for, regarding money her error caused me to owe the IRS. Other customers have written articles about their bad service in the Morning Journal. The tax agents at this office are not trained properly or they would not have submitted errors on my 2010 city, state and federal taxes. This office is an independently owned franchise and the H&R Block company does NOT hold them accountable for their mistakes because they are not H&R Block employees. If you go to their office out of season, you will see how many people have to bring back their tax returns to have them fixed.
