I spent 8K on new appliances and TVs for my new home and with the exception of our TV everything has broken and needed repair. They spent more money totally rebuilding our washer when replacing it would have been more cost effective. Major things like electronics and motors have gone out. It might just be the quality of workmanship these days but for the amount I spent I thought I was buying reliable. But when you call for warranty repair it depends on when you purchased the product and the longer its been the worse your options are for a quality repair service. I have rec'd a couple decent techs but for the most part they are just not loving their job and don't seem to want to finish the repairs properly.
Cons: Contract with horrible warranty providers
