I agree Mark is a great guy to talk with and helpful. But if you can't control your employees, then there bad attitude just reflects on you. I went to purchase a product I had to order. I had to ask someone, Is this the Blade that was ordered....Man the look and attitude I got for interrupting them was just more problems. I asked them about a extra battery I had ordered and again some more attitude...Didn't know trying to spend more money was so bad...I bought the Blade on simple principle of myself being a good person and following thru on buying what I asked Mark to order for me.. Mind you I was with my wife and two daughters...She was very upset at me for giving the shop our business. She lasted 2min with there bad attitude. While those rude people are working at HC&M, it will be tough to go back. What happen to customer service?
UPDATE...Spoke with Mark. One he said that the young men were not even employees! That they are just some people or customers that hang out....???? So some non-employee took my credit card info? I am calling Sparks County to see what I can do to ensure my safety. I would be VERY careful dealing with them!!
