Never Use this dealer again!!!! Hope this stops someone from making a mistake. 7/30/2012

I bought Fords Transits. Was told they will add only $3500 package deal to the price but no sales. It was honest. Once we reviewed the car online, since none was in stock. Car promised: 2010, 3 dents, 50% front tires, new rear ones, windshield cracked, that is being repaired. Delivered in 2 days, since located in GA. All fluids changed. After a week with no calls or updates, called the guy who was mad saying that he doesn't cover that part and he also stated that he got screwed over on money from the deal, because another salesman stock his nose in. Once I signed the paper work, I asked them, what if the car comes in and I don't like it? I got a very bad laughter at me from both sales and financial manager saying:" you're not at the mall, once you sign it, you stuck with it, you shouldn't of sign the paperwork than." But 10 mins ago, they would push me into the deal, saying if I don't sign, they will lose the action. Two weeks later, picked up the car with lights on: one is tire pressure, the other is e-break. Car has more than 3 dents, specially the front grill is covered in scratches, car had a vinyl on it, and it looks like someone scraped it off with a blade. When got home, found almost zero antifreeze, oil was on low. I called the salesman right away, and he said that everything was suppose to be changed, but I should do another oil change after 1K miles. 2,5 weeks later paid $670 to replace all tires. The rear "new" tires had inside surface warned out due to bad alignment. The pressure light goes on, because car is actually missing the pressure sensors. The crack on the windshield is back over 12 inches long now. Faulty wiring; alarm went on one day and wouldn't turn off until I pulled the fuse out. When I called them, got angry comments, that I didn't buy a brand new car, and they can't do anything, even that it drove less than 1K. What happened to 3k warranty? Car is missing tools for the spare tire, and salesman said that this car has no spare tire by the factory. Looked under, spare is there! more

Dale Allen the finnance manager is AWESOME, he got me in a car I want at a price I can afford. Preston, the salesman was wonderfull, didn't give me alot of greif and made the entire experience much better than I had hoped for. I will recommend this dealership! more

I write to inform you of an exceptional customer service experience I had with Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln. I recently purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX and love the car. I had a problem where I couldn't get the homelink buttons in the car to program and work with my garage door opener at home. I contacted my sales person at the dealership, Andrew M. and worked with him and Beth in Customer Service. In order to help me fix the problem they came to my office twice to pick up the car (and left me with a loaner) and also came to my house twice to work on the garage door opener. They stuck with it and did whatever it took to fix the problem for me. One rarely hears of a car dealerships providing service like this.. Both Andrew and Beth were absolutely fantastic, and exceeded my expectations for customer service. It is service like this that creates customer loyalty and if anyone I know plans on purchasing a ford product in the future. I will certainly recommend Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln. more

Refreshing experience 5/11/2011

I went to Gwinnett place Ford to purchase a used car, expecting to get something that would just be alright for my $10,000 price range. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted courteously and I never felt pressured to speak with anyone. I was told, after meeting with John, that there were a few cars in my price range, and one in particular stood out to me. I bought a 2007 Grand Marquis and was surprised at how clean and large a car I got for the money. I met with the service manager to talk about the car's history and any potential problems, and all of my concerns were addressed by knowledgable staff- I don't have to tell you what a refreshing experience that is! All in all, this is the best car buying experience (out of the 6 or 7 I've had) that I can remember. Thanks Gwinnett Place Ford! more

No one likes to get their car worked on, but my two experiences with the GPF service department have been good. The first time, I brought my Escape in because there was something wonky going on with the electrical panel - it took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they paid for a rental car while they worked on it and always kept me updated on their progress. The second time, the car needed an oil change and general once-over. I made my service appointment online (love it), the technician sent me a detailed email estimate of the work they recommended, he was straightforward with me about what had to be done now and what could wait a while, and they finished when they said they would. Yes, it sucks to funnel money into a rapidly depreciating asset - BUT, I appreciate the service I've received at GPF, and I don't feel like I'm getting the run-around sales job like at some other shops I've tried. more

Impressed me a great deal 5/4/2011

Our salesman was nice, was not terribly pushy, and seemed interested in just helping us buy a car. They took a while to get the paperwork completed, but they let me take a Roush F150 to supper while they got it done. That smoothed me out considerably They took longer than they should have to pay off our trade and we ended up owing money on it. One call to the dealership got us a check for the full amount. That was a bit of customer service that impressed me a great deal.Although I did witness a couple of obnoxious salespeople (Nick is great, though) I found them pleasant overall and I would - and have - recommend the dealership to others. more

I had a positive experience. Geo was very professional and did an excellent job. Every one at the dealership was nice and extremely helpful. Only thing I would suggest is that they renovate the dealership. It is a very old building and shows excessive wear. However, I would still recommend this dealership to others more

Took my Expedition in because of a problem with the transmission. Another Ford store couldn't fix it so I took it here. Matt in service was great. They had the car 11 days cause they wanted to make sure it was 100% fixed before I got it back and not 90% fixed. Matt called everyday to keep me updated on the status. Since I've gotten it back everything is perfect. The best Ford store in Georgia. more

I allover buying experience at Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth was very quick and easy for my frist time buying a new car. The saleperson (Geo Riddlespringer) made my buying experience stress free. I also would like to thank(Frank Mercardante)for going over MPP with me. And Shannon Suazo for going over the Sync system. Get you a good deal 4/11/2011

This was my second new car purchase from this dealership. I worked with the same salesman on this mustang purchase as I did my last. Hassan was great. He is a great salesman. Very informative and never I never felt pressured into purchasing a car. Dealing with the sales management team was a positive experience also. In the finance office the gentleman that processed my paperwork was quick and efficient. All final paperwork was as expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you go there ask for Hassan, he will treat you right and you will get a great deal. more
