GUYS TOWING IS A JOKE! WORTHLESS!!!!!! 1/28/2012

Are you kidding? I know it's a different pace down South, especially Louisiana, but these guys are ridiculous. My Navigator broke down and I got it to a gas station. I called Guy's Towing to have the vehicle picked up, exchanged information & payment arrangements. I was told it would be done right away. I got a cab home and made arrangements to get the car repaired the next day. When I called Guy's towing to tell them where to send my car, I was told they had never picked it up! The girl on the phone was obviously overwhelmed with answering a phone AND having to deal with another customer in the office. She had me on hold 10 minutes before taking my call! I was told that the person who helped me, Jason, just probably forgot because they were too busy. No apologizes of any kind! Meanwhile the gas station had the car impounded! These guys are a JOKE!!! If You Love Your Car, Chose Another Tow Service 6/17/2011

I called the Mercedes-Benz dealership and asked if they could send a technician on-site to fix my top on my AMG convertible. They in turn called Guy?s Towing Service to transport my car from my home to their service center. I was not at home when the technician came to my home to pick my car up. He called me and when I spoke with him I specifically told him to go slow so as not to damage the partially retracted hard top and that he should not move my car from my home if he could not do so without damaging it. He agreed. more

Great service! 5/29/2011

On 5-27-11 my POS truck crapped out on me and left me stranded at 1 in the morning on I10. Like some others I almost didn't call Guys because of a few bad ratings. I was pleasantly surprised. They said the wrecker would arrive within 45 minutes, and it showed up in less than 30. The driver, Ray, was clean-cut, friendly, and efficient. He got the truck loaded up in a jiffy and got me home. Overall it was well worth the money spent. Of course I hope not to break down like that again, but if I do I will call Guy's. Also, if you read the negative reviews most of them are from maladjusted malcontents who got their cars towed because they were illegally parked. It's not Guy's fault you got your cars hauled away, it was yours. So shut up. Thanks, Guy's! more

Great Experience 4/30/2011

Geico Roadside Assistance dispatched Guy's to me. While waiting I started to read the reviews and was just about to call and ask for another company when the driver pulled up. He was very courtesy and helpful. In addition, the estimated arrival time given to me was one hour, however my driver was there in less than 30 minutes. This is not the first towing service that I have had to use, but it is definitely the best more

highest price worst service anywhere 2/15/2010

These people are money grabbing crooks. Tell you one price then when you arrive to pick up car the price is triple and they treat you like dirt. They have you over a barrel and they know it. And its all perfectly legal. That's louisiana politics for you. They are well connected I am sure. Pros: none at all Cons: priced way to high and with terrible rude service more

Terrible customer service 9/26/2008

My car was stolen, recovered, and sent to Guy's Towing for my pickup. When we arrived at the front desk we were ignored. Once the front desk attendent decided to speak to us she spoke to us as if we were criminals who just had their vehicle impounded. We paid her in cash for her services and then requested that they send the vehicle to Team Honda in order for repairs to be made. She wrote incorrect notes and sent the car across town to a collosion company instead. When I called her to ask what we needed to do I was disrespected. I honestly have never been spoken too so rudely before at a place of business. Not to mention their prices are the highest in town. It cost us over 300.00 to get our vehicle towed to the wrong address. For the sake of your sanity, please choose another towing service in the Baton Rouge!
