I took a jacket to Guthries to be dry cleaned and to be picked up the next day because I was going out of town. They were very sweet when i dropped the jacket off. When I went back the next day to pick it up I noticed they gave it back to me without the fabric belt that the jacket was given to them with. The front desk lady kind of looked for it and told me the other employees had already left and they would surely know where it was. I was instructed to leave my phone number and if found they would call me. I paid full price ( which is pretty expensive for one garment) and left. I got a call shortly after that the fabric belt was found and I could come pick it up ( already an inconvenience). I was busy so I didn't pick the belt up until 2 hours later. They gave me the belt with more wrinkles than it had to begin with and said they didn't have time to press it. Basically, I paid full price, made two trips, and ended up with a pressed jacket and a wrinkled belt. I think they should have taken those 2 hours they had with my belt after they found it and pressed it.
If the owner wishes to rectify the situation he has my number.
Otherwise, please choose a different cleaner or risk being severely inconvenienced and quite frankly ripped off!
