I've used Ken Gustafson as my CPA ever since I started my business in 2002. He's been responsive and helpful and even buys me lunch now and again. I've recommended him to others and they've gone out of their way to thank me for the recommendation. Cost has always been about what I'd expect and ""snippy"" is the last word I'd think of when trying to describe Ken or any of the people who work there. They'll remain my CPA as long as they'll have me. Pros: Excellent knowledge of tax code and business structures Cons: I've experienced none more

High prices, mediocre service 4/2/2007

We paid what seemed like a very high price for taxes of moderate complexity. When asked about price, the owner got snippy. We also waited 3 weeks longer than expected (non tax season) & found out after we called that the guy working on our taxes left the company. Would not use them again. Pros: Good explanation of tax issues Cons: Snippy & pricey more
