my family and I have purchased several vehicles from Gus Paulos. My last sale was from Bert Savage. Not only did he get us a great deal but whenever we need service we call him and he makes the appointment for us. He always follows up and makes sure we are in and out on a timely basis. No better dealership in Utah!!!!! more

Being 23 years old and having 2 kids I never thought I'd be able to get into a new car. I went to Gus Paulos thinking I was going to walk out disappointed because I didn't think I'd be able to get approved. Well I was wrong. They are so kind and generous and answered any questions I had. Every time I go to take my car to get serviced they take such good care of me. I will never go anywhere else. My 2014 Chevy captiva is the greatest and most reliable car. I feel safe being in a car I know will last me forever. Thanks Gus Paulos!! more

I have purchased several cars from Gus Paulos Chevrolet. Our last car was a 2014 Chevy Cruze. I appreciated the professional, personal service. Service and Bodyshop are great! 1/30/2015

I started bringing my vehicle to Gus Paulos for service about a year and a half ago. I have a great experience, EVERY SINGLE TIME! The advisors and cashier office staff are very friendly and upbeat! And I swear, every time I leave my vehicle, I get my car back in even better condition than when I left it. Just recently I was in a car accident and the first place I thought to bring it for the repairs was Gus Paulos' Bodyshop department. Kari in the Bodyshop was so awesome! When I got my car back about 9 days later, my car looked brand new! I am so pleased with Gus Paulos! Thanks so much! more

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!! 8/28/2014

Bought a car three months ago. Over the next two month I had it in for service 3 times and they still could not get it fixed. I called my sales guy Steve to help resolve the issue. He told me to come on in and he would make it right. The only thing he did was get more commission and I ended up upside down $3700.00. This was an experience I hope no one else should go through. more

I was very happy to see a woman salesperson at your dealership. Donna Johanos was excellent to work with. I felt very comfortable with her and she answered all my questions. I felt she was being straight with me, as opposed to feeling like I was being taken advantage of, as I've felt at other dealerships in the past. She is very good at what she does. She's quite an asset to your business and I can definitely see her working her way to the top there. I had an overall pleasant experience in purchasing my car at Gus Paulos more

The best service I have ever received 5/23/2011

After I received my new car 72 hours later I had an accident on my bumper. Hy at the dealership calmed me down had me come to look at the damade and we talked to the repair shop and spoke with scott I think. Anways they were so amazing with me made me feel better, got my car in for repair that next Monday and it looks new again. my sales rep Donna called all the time to check on me and made sure I was ok and once I received it back called again to see if I was happy! The best service I have ever received at a car lot. I will not only tell all my friends to go to Gust but I;; give them Donna's card, she is an amazing woman and now my friend... more
