Absolutely the best experience possible with this Ford dealership. Gullo Ford is the best ever!!! Salesman was phenomenal. Trust me, I have given bad reviews with other Ford dealerships. However, there are not enough great words to explain in the english language how great this dealership handles business! If I'm ever fortunate to meet the owner I will gladly praise him and his business. A great job well done. God bless and I hope Gullo Ford soars to the top in the world of sales. Professionalism 8/3/2011

Prior to walking into Gullo Ford I had just about given up on Ford. I've had 2 leases with Ford. My previous lease end was a terrible experience and my current lease end was turning into another terrible experience. While I love owning Explorers and vowed to drive nothing else I was actually considering going back to Honda. Gullo Ford was the 3rd dealership I contacted to buy out my current lease. The professionalism, courtesy and honesty I received at Gullo from Morgan Blakely and Jason Banks made my transaction easy and pleasurable. I wish every dealership had your ethics. Needless to say, to continue my relationship with Ford, any future purchasing and servicing will now be done through Gullo. more

Great Dealership 7/25/2011

Great dealership. I have already recommended 2 more people to consider buying their vehicle there. I did and the other is waiting for a couple of more months but will be back. they both felt the same about Gullo as I did. Easy to work with, no pressure, knowledgeable about the truck. This was my first Ford truck, I've been in a chevy since 86'. more

THAD has sold my company more than a half a dozen trucks as well as takn care of my employees. If we need a truck all we need to do is call and THAD gets it handled. OUr office has about 3 dealerships closer by far than Gullo, but given the level of attention THAD gives we are obligated to always use THAD as well as Gullo Ford. I would just like to say THANKS to THAD and THANKS GULLO FORD you make my company and my job!!! run smoother, more

Very confident 7/6/2011

Fortunate to have exact truck I wanted on order. Sales rep. represented new Ford well. Sold me on ecoboost. Hope it lasts. Bad past experience with competitor service department. Look forward to much better service here. Deliver specialist is a new service to me. It appears to be a great service but we have just started started. Benjamin seems very confident he knows all about vehicle and will show me all features. more

7a to 7p service is complete lie. 6/20/2011

Stopped in for service on my work truck at 4pm this afternoon (Monday). A simple tweak to the computer to activate the cruise control is all i needed. Service writer told me that their techs only worked from 8a to 5p during the week. What about that $2000 neon sign on the building that says service open from 7a to 7p? We only do oil changes after 5pm he says. He also refused to suggest another dealer who might be open. What a surprise. A car dealer that lies in its advertising and who pretends they're the only dealer in the world. If they can't tell you the truth in their advertising, how can they possibly be trusted to tell the truth when you need something repaired--or when you buy a car from them? And people wonder why the world thinks Americans are lazy and stupid? What a typical American work ethic. more

the service advisor was fantastic. i had an alignment problem while vacationing and I talked to him on the phone and he set up and appointment within an hour. alignment was done within estimated repair time and he reviewed findings and work. did a great job. more

Gullo beats the competition! 6/9/2011

Dennis, my salesman was the only salesman from all the Ford dealers I visited that seemed to care about my purchase after I would say that I am not going to make a purchase the day of my visit. At one dealer (Champion) I was passed of to another salesman and could only talk with the fleet/internet salesperson when I was ready to purchase the SUV. FYI..I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Champion Ford in the past but probably will not go back again. It is not the same dealership I remember. Gullo on the other hand, went out of there way to work with me to get the car I wanted and was able to work around my schedule to get it ready when I returned from a business trip. more
