Guaranteed Comfort and Energy

Just had new system installed in November. It has made a big difference in the comfort of our home, especially in our master suite and our son's bedroom. These two rooms were the coldest ones in the house and now they are extremely comfortable. Our son's room barely had any air coming through the vent and now you can actually feel it. In the master, the air always felt cold out of the vents for a long amount of time before it would feel warm. Now warm from beginning of run. From beginning to end, everyone that we have dealt with have been extremely professional and very informative on ways to make our home more energy efficient. Did a lot of tests to determine where our problems were and informed us as how to rectify them. Owner prides himself on being highly educated on the latest technology and methods and sharing this knowledge with the homeowner. Would recommend them to anyone who is needing/wanting a new HVAC system. more

The crew at Guaranteed Comfort did a great job diagnosing the problem on my 37 year old furnace and giving me some great options for repair or replacement. So our water heater goes kaput . We want to go with the new energy stingy tankless water heaters. We call Mon. On Tuesday, 8am, Chris and Brad are at our house. They are, by the way, very friendly and knowledgeable and more than willing to explain things and answer questions. They left the utility room cleaner than it was before they got there AND there s now three times as much room in there than before!!! Those tankless thingies are rather compact!! Thanks guys!!! more

I had just moved into my new home and my handyman noticed that the A/C unit was very dirty. He put me in contact with Guaranteed Comfort and they came out the next morning. Jeramy was very efficient and friendly not only taking care of the outside unit but also checking to make sure that the unit inside the house was working properly as well since I had mentioned to him that the house seemed to be very dusty and I suffer from allergies. I am very glad that I was put in touch with this company and would certainly refer them to others. more

I had a furnace and AC unit that were 38 years old that needed to be replaced or repaired. I called Guarenteed Comfort and Energy and they poured in a heat pump and outside exchange unit for me. That was handled very professionally and efficiently and I am happy with the final results. more

I got a good deal financially with Guaranteed Comfort and Energy, but their service leaves much to be desired. I have had problems with their sales representative not keeping appointments, so far he has broken three. The men who installed the heating and cooling system did a professional job, but the work is still not completely finished. more

No fooling around work in a timely fashion and we enjoyed the comfort within hours. The staff, solutions and service provided by Guaranteed Comfort and Energy was exceptional. They evaluated our 23,000 sq foot warehouse and office space for energy savings solutions. Their recommendation of a zoning sytem and programmable thermostats has saved our business over $500.00 a month on our utility bills. The zoning system has also provided great comfort to our employees as all work areas are now heated and cooled effectively...no more hot and cold spots! The professional service and courtesy offered by their install team was greatly appreciated. The zoning system had to be installed during our business hours and we hardly knew they were present. Quality team of service people. Jim knows his stuff and will solve any heating or cooling problems you may have. He literally makes your problem his problem until it is solved. We recently upgraded our heating and cooling in our home and we now wish we did this years ago. We ended up installing a hybrid system over a year ago. The finished basement now is as warm as the upstairs in the winter, without us having to add space heaters for the first time. The house is cooler in the summer, and the A/C unit doesn't have to run all the time like our old one did. And our fuel bills have actually gone down. This is a first rate company - I would recommend them to anybody. They know HVAC inside and out - remove the mystery for their customers. more

Last month our furnace went out right before Christmas. Even though that is one of the worse times to experience something like that Guaranteed Comfort made it better. Luckily it was just the igniter on the furnace but thankfully Jeremy did a full safety inspection and found that the heat ex-changer was cracked and it needed to be replaced. He explained how dangerous this is due to the carbon monoxide and provided us with other information that was needed. We decided it would be best to replace the entire unit. Monday morning Kathy called us from Gauranteed Comfort to explain prices and finance options. After researching we could not find a better rate with what they offered on a 98 efficient furnace. That following Wednesday the furnace was installed and we had HEAT!!! To add one more thing there was a misunderstanding on my part with a price quote and without and problems we were credited that amount. I was very pleased with the service your company provided. When we noticed yesterday morning are furnace was once again blowing cold air my husband called and Jeremy came out yesterday morning and found cracks in the furnace and told us that it could potentially leak carbon monoxide. He explained everything in detail and ordered us a new one yesterday. Chris and Ryan came out and installed the new furnace and was so nice and did a fantastic job. They were both very polite, cleaned everything up, and was very friendly to my family including my 2 kids. I would recommend this company to anybody. more

We had our new system installed last month and have had no problems. I had a question the day after they installed the unit and Jim sent someone within twenty minutes to go through the system and see if there was an issue. He then called a few minutes after they left to make sure I understood what they found(there was no issues just different than our old system) and if he needed to come show me the difference between the old and new. I was completely satisfied with the service they provided. Chris and his partner were very professional and answered any questions that I had. They also were very clean and neat while installing the unit. I would recomend them to anyone needing service. Jim has always been helpful to us. The first time we called him it was over a hundred degrees and our AC went out. Our daughter was 6 months old at the time and we were getting conserned about the heat. The office told us that he was backed up for a few days but would call him to see if he could work us in. Jim called us personally and told us that he would finish up the job he was at and be right over. That type of service is what will keep them in business for a long time. Guaranteed installed our HVAC almost 2 years ago. The unit has greatly decreased our energy expenses. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the project. Since, Guaranteed has come out twice yearly for preventive maintenance. This keeps our unit working efficiently and prevents bigger expenses for costly repairs. The staff in the office and out in the field are professional and courteous. They remind me when it is time for preventive service. more

Our a/c went out wasnt to bad 1st few days but starting to get alil to hot inside... I made a call to Guaranteed Comfort and Energy in hopes that they would be able to send someone out in a day r so to my shock they sent out someone the same day! Jeremy came out and fixd our a/c.. Jim provided oustanding response time and service. I have used other AC repair services and would recommend Guaranteed Comfort and Energy hands down over the others. We called at 7:30 pm on Monday night and Jim was at our house within the hour. He didn't play any games or charge us an extra fees for after hours. He went right to work. He even got our system running better then before it went down. My AC unit was having a hard time with all the heat and Jim made some recommendations have definately improved the effeciency of our ac system. more
