I had a horrible experience with 920 grill employees and management before I was even able to enjoy the food at the restaurant. At the beginning of June I called to make a reservation as a surprise anniversary gift for my loved one (like instructed on our groupon, never did it mention to make a reservation online). I asked the gentleman that picked up the phone if i had to do anything else and he said "Don't worry, I wrote down your reservation for July 1, 2012 930pm." \r
I arrived at the restaurant in time for our reservation, 930pm on July 1st, turns out no one wrote it down and it was like it never existed. I was livid and angry and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because I was suppose to make the reservation online. I told them who I spoke to and everything, and they did nothing to help the situation. My boyfriend was extremely angry because this was his surprise and told the manager "Thank you for ruining my surprise anniversary gift." Did they even try to sit us down? NO. Were they polite about the situation? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Did they try to fix it? NO.\r
Extremely rude host who did not let me talk, and kept interrupting what I was saying. Extremely unprofessional manager of 920 grill who did nothing to put the customer first. I'm a hospitality major and a restaurant who only offers food with extremely bad service like this one will eventually have decreasing sales. I have never had such a horrible experience with a restaurant in my entire life. Do not go here.
