Cheap and always running, this is a great place to bring your kids. Not to mention the nearby playgrounds and pony ride which add to the appeal of the merry go round, it is guaranteed to satisfy all children (and most adults!). More crowded on weekends, but not too crowded to not go! more

Griffith Park Merry Go Round 9/25/2005

The Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round is another one of my daughter's favorite places to go at Griffith Park. She never fails to ask to ride it whenever we are at this park. It is a pretty nice merry-go-round with a large organ playing music. It's open everyday only during the summer and weekends only during the rest of the year. more
