You know, I have been going to Capital Family for a long time and when I saw fj55guync's review below, I had to post. You see, I was in there that day. You weren't 30 mins early, you were that LATE. I was just wrapping up my visit (or trying to, seeing as your boyfriend was yelling foul language at the male nurse in the middle of the hallway while you were the bathroom) and heard most of the conversation - at least the parts you and your boyfriend were saying because you both were loud and obnoxious, not to mention abusive (I wasn't able to hear what the male nurse said, so I don't think the raised his voice to either of you). You and your boyfriend were both so abusive to the staff there, it is a wonder they didn't call the police on you both and have you escorted out.\r
Please remember there are always two sides to every story. I love going to Capital Family and it is true, if you are that late to an appointment, they will have you reschedule. Not because they don't want to see you, but because it is not fair to those folks who get there on time for their appointments to be set back because you were irresponsible. Personally, I like the fact that they do that. Nothing irks me more than having to sit and wait when I have an appointment. I don't have to do that here like I have in the past at other doc offices, because they don't let people just show up when they feel like it. The docs are great, the staff is great. Not much else to be said!
Pros: If you let them know you are truly sick, they will work you in.
Cons: Like any doctor's office, they are busy.
