My family and I had been using this motel for over 10 years and threw several owners. I thought it was a great family place with good rates. When I reserved the rooms in advance I got a great rate on two rooms, because I was unable to get family room. We was having a great trip and happy with the rooms. Our trip was 8-6-07 to 8-12-07. A member of my party started. The maid saw it on the sheets not even an hour after we left the room and left the sheets on the bed. Now this person left the motel not knowing this. They left the sheets on the bed and never notiftied me about this until the next day. Then I was told we had to pay 25.00 because the maid left it over night. Which ment it was more work on her, because the person started. I was told we bluntly distroyed property. I paid and told them the sheets was mine. Got .97 bottle of proxide and got it out. When we called to let them know the lady at the desk got mad and told us we shouldn't had done that. They was ours. I talked to the owner he said he would talk to his sister and let me know something one way or the other. He never got back. This owner and family is making it we're women can't go to the motel without wondering if they're going to have to pay for sheets. Then to top it off the second rooms sheets was never changed the whole time we was there. So women be aware!!!!!!!
Pros: Nice location and pool kept open late.
Cons: Charged for anything on the sheets.
