Michael Gress made our dream a reality. We are first time inground pool owners. We searched high and low to find just the right fit for our detail oriented personalities. A sincere and honest hard working team was a must. Our yard created many obstacles. Septic lines, trees and an uneven terrain scared some perspective pool firms. Then there were the super pool builders who promised the world. Having heard many horror stories we chose Michael. The reason, no hard sale or promises, just sincere advice and a concern to get it right the first time. He was the only one to come to 1st interview ready to take measurements of our grading. With our many changes and questions during the 5 month ordeal he remained patient and always reassured us we would be happy in the end. He was right! As the landscape designer for Stewart Engineering I had the pleasure of working with Gress?, Inc. on the pools at Campus Edge Apartments in Raleigh, NC. \r \r The pools at Campus Edge apartments proved to be challenge, aesthetically and technically. Gress? Inc. built our pool the summer of 2007. Michael and Tony took our requests, such as a fire pit, wading area for the kids, hot tub and created a spectacular pool that fit our budget and exceeded our expectations. They also suggested a better position for the pool in order to maximize the rest of the space in the yard. The workmanship was outstanding and Michael and Tony were very easy to work with. When we had to move the fall of 2008 our house sold in 9 days, in a depressed market. This was in no small part due to the beautiful, inviting pool.
