Since having purchased my car from Michael Haffner , I have referred atleast seven people to him! Not only was the process done without the hassle you feel at other dealerships , We ended up buying two cars from this awesome place within a month! They made it seem as though we were their first priority and they give the best deals and prices we found from any dealership in the Central Florida area! Thank you a ton, Mr. Haffner ! Excellent Customer Service 3/4/2013

Johalvy was our sales rep and she was absolutely amazing! She worked me with for a few months searching for just the right car. When the car that I was looking for finally came into their inventory she immediately called and made the numbers work! She is extremely nice and very patient. The best part about the dealer is that you don't ever feel pushed into making a purchase and they give you time to think about it as well. I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received at the dealer. Johalvy is the person to see if you go! more

Service Dept - Shame on me, Shame on them 3/3/2013

I've had to take my vehicle in 4-5 times for the same issue over the past 2 years. A tail light keeps failing (same bulb as the brake light but it does work). I dropped my car off Saturday for the same stinking issue, was unable to pick it up Saturday but I did on Sunday. And surprise-surprise, it's still not working! Even though I was told on the phone that it was fixed by use of a fuse, when I looked at the service record, it states the tech could not replicate the issue. Hmm... it took me 2 seconds to replicate the issue--- BY TURNING THE HEADLIGHTS/TAIL LIGHTS ON!!! Just horrible. Their service department is closed on Sundays, and there is zero way to leave them a message for them to contact you back if they are closed. Greenway will not service my vehicles again. They seem nice, but obviously don't get to the heart of on-going problems and as most dealer mechanics do, they try to up-sell you with other issues. Shame on me for going back so often. Shame on them for not spending any time on my car's problem. more

Best service by far! 7/12/2012

The past two weeks I've been so stressed with the passing of a friend, barely working and the stress of moving, and all the things that can go wrong with moving went wrong in my case. So when my front passenger window just fell into the door and wouldn't go up on a rainy day, I felt in disbelieve that things can possibly go so wrong. I brought my Chrysler the next morning to the service center and met Stephen Paul. He was so patient with me while I was trying to figure out with my boyfriend on the phone whether it would be cheaper to go to an auto body shop we were familiar with for being cheaper instead of a dealership since the news that it would cost anywhere from $350-$400 was something my boyfriend and I could not afford. I only had an extended warranty on my power train and couldn't find that it would be covered by it. I decided to let the services center fix my window and try to figure out if to put it on a credit card or ask for a loan from our parents, which is something that we have never done. On top of all this I had to be at work by 12:15 but my job said I can come in at 1:15. By the time I decided to fix it at the dealership it was around 11:00, and Stephen said he will try his best to get it done by 12:30, but knowing how busy they were I was not holding my breathe.What I didn't know was that the whole time I was waiting for the window to get fixed, Stephen was trying to figure out a way for my extended warranty to cover my repair. Stephen came back with great news that he got my warranty to cover my repair, so of course I started to cry. He made such a difference that day for me, I was smiling again. I gave him a hug! And I was out of the dealership with all my windows up by 12:10. I will be coming back to see Stephen Paul. By far the best experience anyone can have at a dealership. more

Town and Counrtry van 7/10/2012

On June 29th 20112 my wife and I purchased a new Chrysler Town and County van and from the beginning it was a very friendly and professional sale. We were introduced to Ceasar our sales rep and because of my disability in walking Ceasar from the beginning was very suportive to the extent of bringing the van as close to the door as possible for us. Cesar was very knowlegable about the van dispite the thousand questions we had for him, what he wasn't sure o,f he found out for us. After the purchase we had the Luxcare done on the vehicle and that was our first introduction to Penny Delgado our Service representitve. We brought the vehicle to the service department for the Luxcare proceedure and Penny met us at the drive up to the service department, introduced herself and walked us through step by step what needed to done. The following week we called Penny back and aked her about the window tinting available through the dealer. Penny provided us the pricing and scheduling for the proceedure. We can't thank Penny enough for being our service rep to the point she gave us her business card and told us to call her for any service situation. Overall our experience with Ceasar and Penny has been over and above we expected. definately 5 star. Thanks to thr great team at Greenway more

Hassle Free Service 7/8/2012

I took my car in for a bad wheel bearing. They also found that I had a bad thrust engine mount. The service rep took care of dealing with the warranty information. I waited for my vehicle in a very comfortable room. There was free snacks and beverages and three different TV viewing areas. I basically walked in, waited and left. No hassles. more

We would buy from Greenway again! Steve Gomes was the best salesman we have ever bought a car from. He made the process smooth, easy, and we drove out of there with smiles on our faces in the exact Jeep we wanted. Thanks to David Pittman, needed a key that was lost and David and the rest of the guys at Greenway Jeep Service were there in my time of need.
