Salesmen Beware 6/21/2012

DO NOT go to work for this company. They will promise to pay you a training fee and commissions. When I found out how bad their work was and how few leeds they were getting, I quit. They use very high pressure sales techniques based upon lies. They refused to pay me what they owed me. Had to file Texas Workforce Commission complaint. They are liers and thieves. Stay away from this company! more

We are sorry you had an unpleasant working experience with us. We would like you and any other future employee (as well as customer) know that we take these reviews seriously, and work hard to address any issues employees OR customers have had. We have recently updated our sales department and strategy, as well as working to hire prompt, responsive administrative staff to deal with any concerns.

They write their own POSITIVE reviews because the real ones are the NEGATIVE reviews from customers that have been ripped off from Green Home Improvements. They should be called Green Home DISASTERS!!!!! DO NOT hire them do work on your project. They have no specialty experience except to con people!! more

We are sorry that you take issue with our work and sales processes. We certainly don’t desire to leave a bad taste in anyone’s mouth, and we stand behind the quality and value of our work. We hope that future clients understand that we have worked hard to address any issues customers may have had in the past by updating sales strategy, hiring new administrative staff, and making every effort to be prompt and punctual with our response and appointment time for estimates and jobs.

Read all the reviews of this company...First, they write their OWN positive reviews!! The negative reviews come from those that have gotten ripped off from the company owner who is running a scam. They take your money and have unskilled workers come and TRY to do the work. And forget about the warranty..they don't even honor it! Good luck having them make it right. They come up with excuses and give you the run around. Forget a return call. You're out of luck! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Or you'll be the next to warn others about the terrible work from this company> more

Our administrative office manager is available to address any quality concerns promptly and efficiently for any client or customer. We, of course, want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with the work done by our company and employees.

Home Improvements or Cons 10/1/2011

Green Home Improvements, or Chris De La Garza, are cons. They have very little understanding of Home Improvements and high pressure sale you into signing a contract on the spot for THREE times what a good contractor would charge you for the same work, but actually done right. They actually sold " tinted windows" to a BLIND customer. more
