Grecian Pools Intl Staten Is

I recently moved to a new home in Staten Island with an in ground pool. Had a above ground before and was happy to find out that the place that I have been going for years, Grecian Pools, specializes in Ingrounds. Was very nervous with the pool because I have two children but they installed a safety fence and the pool eye alarm and felt more at peace. When They came by to install fence, theyshowed me how to use my equipment because it was so different than my above ground filter system. They had a great selection of cleaners, bought my Polaris 9300 and I never had to vacuum my pool again. But the real reason that I am writing this review is that over the winter, the weight of the snow broke my safety cover. Nervous about my children, I called Grecian. They came out, cleaned the snow off, pulled the cover off, redrilled anchors and reset my cover. In the snow and cold, they came through and saved the day. Thank you Nick, John and Matt for all you help. You have a customer for life!!!! more

Seems like they have new management and they lost me as a customer. I have been using grecian for 12 years and the new people there dont have a clue about there own products. Its really sad.... What made me decide to go to a different place is when I called regarding a pool alarm because of a recent drowning that took place in Tottenville. The woman on the phone told me ""Well Nick (new manager) doesn't like pool alarms"" Hello?????? how cares what he likes.... is it a law and do yo sell them... she placed me on hold and after 2 minutes, I hung up. I guess I will be forced to go to Montalbano's.... better to get ripped off than deal with this new team! Cons: New management more

i purchased a hot tub from grecian and it is wonderful, even in the winter it is nice. the have a nice selection to choose from and were there to help answer all of my questions. they delivered and installed my unit so qoickly that by 3 in the afternoon i was already using it.thank you guys you did a wonderful job. more
