This place had the best bread in Tucson. It was nothing spectacular to look at inside, but they would start baking every morning at 3 or 4am to be ready for the day. Going in you would have the wonderful aroma of fresh baked bread and samples available at the counter. If you purchased a loaf you could have it sliced and they would put it into a large machine near the front and slice it right in front of you. I was disappointed to see the going out of business sign up on the window a month or two ago.
