Great Clips takes walk-in's and I usually count on a good haircut and style.
The employees are friendly and do a good job. If something does go wrong, they are wiling to work together to correct the situation.
Sometimes I have to wait, since they take their customers on a first come first serve bases. I've recently discovered the best time is before 11am, as the wait was not that long, but there are fewer employees during this time frame, so if there was a rush on customers, this might change as far as the waiting time is concerned.
I've had a couple of times that I've had to remind them I want my hair blow dried. I guess I've not made that completely clear and have to work on that. The prices are reasonable and I always leave a tip.
I like the location, because when I'm finished with my haircut, the kids can walk next door to the video store.
