When I visited (Sunday around noon), it was chaotic. No body seems to even notice people coming in. There are several stylysists at a time on the registers. I waited standing for ~5mins, helped myslef to a seat and waited another 10mins and even after that someone just walked-in and one of the stylists started to book-him. They may be busy but they don't have a clear flow of work. It may not matter when it is busy but it only takes so much time for enough people to avoid it to make the traffic slow enough. I for one have counted myself out, never to go back.
