My family has been a customer for years but as of lately they've been adding on unnecessary fees. Diane the desk clerk needs to work on people skills and does not know a thing about cars. The owner used to be nice- but now they are really ripping people off. After Rich convinced me to keep my car- of course not even a month later I needed over 2,000 in work done. Thanks for warning me! He was also the mechanic that didnt want to even look at the car or find out what was wrong and then they had the nerve to charge me for diagnostics. Geez, I could've had that done at Autozone or AAA. But, I guess they have to make money to pay for that expensive new sign out front.
