The previous reviews say it right. The management is only concerned with making money and not the satisfaction of the people who entrust their lives and safety to them by renting their apartments. Case and point:\r

1. A couple times annually renters will receive notices on their doors which inevitably start off with "We care about the satisfaction of our renters......." The next sentence always has to do with a fee increase such as $5 per parking spot or $150 per month per pet you keep in your apartment\r

2. They will tow your car for any reason they can find, and if they cannot find a reason, they will fabricate one. They have towed my car three times in the last nine months. They claim to distribute parking guidelines to every member upon lease signing which could not be further from the truth. They then will tow your car in the middle of the night with absolutely no intent to notify the owner of any violation negating their ability to quickly correct it. \r
